I visited Art Center/South Florida on Saturday to check out the opening of Iron Fist in a Velvet Glove. The show organized by artist Natasha Duwin, featured Adriana Carvalho’s stainless steel wool dress sculpture, a performance in which people sewed flowers onto a dress Duwin was wearing, as well as works by Nina Surel, Venessa Monokian and others.
