Sorry about the late notice, but if you haven’t made plans yet … Dialect, a monthly local art and music event at Brew Urban Cafe, celebrates its first birthday tonight with DJs Utopia Syndrome, Esoteric , Person of Interest and Adam Foster and art by Nino Liguori (whose work is pictured here), Sarah Pierce, Cupcakes in the Lobby, Reed Smith, Matylda McIlvenny, Diego Rivera, Willie Morris, Ilian Velasco and Hox. The party is 8:30 p.m. until 1 a.m. Friday (tonight) at Brew Urban Cafe in Himmarshee Village, 209 S.W. Second Ave., Fort Lauderdale. Afterwards head over to the second floor balcony at Himmarshee Sidebar to party some more.
