The thing about Art Basel and its many satellite fairs is that you can never really see it all, so for those who were there and wonder what they missed, or those who didn’t make it, here’s a roundup of videos and Flickr pages that tell the artful, sweet and sometimes bizarre tale of the Basel-monster that ate Miami.
▪ A3Network has posted a video of a clock at Design Miami that appears to be a lot of work for the keeper of the time, and another video of an artist creating a six-foot tall crap sandwich made from manure because, as the artist put it, “I figured everybody’s just eating nothing but shit lately. The economy sucks. pretty much everything is pretty bad, so I might as well make a six-foot shit sandwich.”
