JOHN KISSEE
During Wilton Manors art walk John Kissee will present new and selected gicleé prints, 7-10 p.m. Friday at Island City Eyecare, 2301 Wilton Drive, Wilton Manors. Munchable and wine will provided by Galanga!
9 AT 12TH AND SIXTH
Nine Miami artists will participate in 9 at 12th and Sixth, billed as “an exhibition of things in the heart of Little Havana” 7-10 p.m. Friday at 12th and Sixth, 536 SW 12th Ave., Miami. The lineup includes Maria Amores, Felicia Carlisle, Lou Anne Colodny, Adalberto Delgado, Maria Lino, Aurora Molina, Laz Ojalde, Karen Rifas and Fredric Snitzer.
COMA GIRL
Coma Girl is in the Haus! featuring the art of Lisa Perz a.k.a. Coma Girl, opens 8 p.m. Saturday at Undergrounds Coffeehaus, 2743 E. Oakland Park Blvd., Fort Lauderdale. Call 954-630-1900. PREVIEW DISPOSABLE: NOSTALGIA FOR THE STILL IMAGE
Orlando Estrada, Colleen Plumb (whose work is featured here) and Samantha Salzinger will discuss how digital technology affects artists using the photographic process to create their work, at a preview of Disposable: Nostalgia for the Still Image which opens June 12 at Dina Mitrani Gallery, 2620 N.W.
